Full Job Description
Ensure the correct completion, reconciliation, and compliance of portal /admin functions for all Systems across a large customer base. Support Admin to assist the Senior Account Admin with strategic accounts and managing all admin functions all customer portals to ensure smooth delivery of invoice and maintaining the ledger for all key accounts. Maintaining BI dashboard and all database systems. The key areas of delivery are:
- Daily Allocation of Cash
- Maintaining Records
- Ad Hoc Duties
- Master Data Maintenance
- Maintenance of Account Forms
- New Account Opening
- Maintenance of Cash Posting Records
- Invoicing Portal Data Entry
- Raising Of Credit Notes
- Maintenance of Credit Note Records
- Daily Reconciliation of Cash Posting to Bank
- Adhere to company policy in relation to Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities and complies with all policies and procedures as laid out in the current company handbook, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
