Junior AI Integrator

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail. You'll be responsible for launching and maintaining AI tools to document and automate company processes for business, marketing and design roles. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who has a passion for AI software and tools to learn, implement and evolve in the exciting area of AI and Digital Business., Business Process Automation:

• Analyse current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.


• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft 365 environment (Power Automate, CoPilot), ChatGPT and other relevant technologies.


• Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including process maps, workflows, and user guides.


• Monitor and optimize automated processes to ensure they are functioning as intended and delivering expected benefits.


• Work with stakeholders to assist in automating processes for new service offerings


AI Development:

• Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and processes to improve decision making and operational efficiency.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and recommend new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.


• Extensive understanding and technical knowledge of the market trends and factors affecting a consulting business within the financial sector.


• Understanding risk to the business, ensuring adherence to good governance and mitigating reputational damage to the company in the development of AI products and processes.
  
  The ideal candidate should be analytical and enjoy problem solving whilst working in a process-driven yet creative, fast-past environment., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.


• Proven experience in process automation, workflows, AI development, and project management.


• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with AI tools and technologies.


• Experience with data analysis and process development preferred.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
