Full Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and provide comprehensive high quality and timely information tools and reports to support commissioners in their decision making. Monitoring and analysis of complex data to support the ICBs commissioning priorities. Extract data from a variety of sources and provide data reports to key stakeholders. Information collection, data management and analysis, supporting the development of business plans (e.g. Commissioning intentions), identifying key delivery measures including transformational programmes together with the monitoring and evaluation of these schemes. Support the FOI Lead with external requests for information. Work with members of the Team to develop and implement project data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data. Undertake project analysis as agreed with the Business Intelligence Manager. Contribute to effective information management within the team. Regularly analyse and report on complex data and monitor the
processing of data and information. Ensure accuracy of complex data analysis by carrying out relevant control total checks and ensuring efficiently through the use of VLOOKUPs, filters and complex formulas. Support training and induction of new and existing staff as required. Develop and maintain databases as required. Maintain administrative and information resources. Undertake auditing of projects, services, initiatives. Carry out web-based and publications research. Regularly support and contribute to the development of key performance indicators for the successful achievement of QIPP schemes. Liaise with CSU teams, wider ICB teams and ICS partner organisations regarding unresolved issues. Provide report data to committees and stakeholders including GP Practices. Participate in relevant internal and external working groups, projects, meetings and initiatives to provide information and analytical advice to strategic leads. Participate in relevant internal and external working groups and
projects to provide information, advice, and support and to maintain data collection systems for effective use by the team. Support and inform the requirement and targeting of resources, monitoring, implementing and evaluating savings plans by providing high quality information and analysis.
