Full Job Description

As part of our Creative Department, we are looking for a Junior Art Director to support the development of our E-Commerce shoot concepts under the direction of our Creative Director and Art Director. You will have the responsibility of ensuring that the visual aesthetics drive brand and commercial impact across all E-Commerce assets.,

  • Art directing all E-Commerce product stories and shoots, adhering to brand consistency and commercial needs, through the guidance of the Creative Director and Art director.
  • Mentor and advise Reiss Studio and freelance teams on set.
  • Developing briefs for the production team to deliver photographic shoots. This would include models, lighting, styling, attitude, mood references and hair and makeup.
  • Own the Post Production creative direction process. Plan the execution across all genders and product groups, whilst ensuring the Creative team are aligned with content plans throughout.
  • Supporting with sign-off for imagery with the Creative Director and Art Director, confirming that all assets are delivered on time.
  • Support the development of new creative concepts, through building a visual inspiration asset bank drawing inspiration from your management team.
  • Owning the selects and making sure that the lead image captures the unique aesthetic of each product whilst maintaining the level of luxury and elevation Reiss demands.

    Strong relationship builder and communicator across internal departments.
  • Self-motivated and confident in the direction of the shoot whilst on set.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and timelines, whilst maintaining consistency and Reiss standards.
  • Advanced understanding of fashion aesthetics, translating these into visually stunning concepts.
  • Able to demonstrate artistic and strategic thinking, with a high-quality of previous work and projects to hand.
  • Proactive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Possess an innate passion of the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of market trends.
