Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading IT organisation as a Junior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract starting asap. We're looking for an individual who has existing experience working in a similar role and is able to travel to our global head office in Hatfield up to 2 days per week (hybrid role). This role will work alongside the Service Platforms team which supports services such as CyberArk, ScienceLogic, Citrix & MOVEit. What you'll do

  • Assist with scheduling the request management ticketing queues to the agreed process and procedures
  • Support and document processes to underpin the core services
  • Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of one or more small projects (Change to Service)
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communications to the wider audience
  • Assess situations, issues and opportunities and escalate when appropriate
  • Establishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain relationships
  • Supports processes in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies
  • Effectively escalates issues and opportunities to line manager
  • Taking ownership of queries and managing through to a prompt resolution

  • Highly motivated and focused individual with an organised and systematic approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills illustrating a high standard of written and verbal communication
  • An individual who is able to confidently and quickly build relationships
  • Understanding of IT methodologies
  • Some experience of a monitoring or Privileged access management system which underpins IT service Management
  • Advanced academic background, preferably to good degree level or equivalent
  • Experience of developing best practice processes and procedures for functional area
