Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and require a candidate with the right to work in the UK. This role can be based at either our Greenford campus (UB6 0HE) or our Bow campus (E3 2SE). You have a passion for documentation, process optimisation and enjoy facing business problems building data driven solutions. You will identify opportunities, analyse information, derive insights, and communicate with to support business decision-making If you have an analytical mind, intellectual curiosity.

  • Identify challenges and opportunities within the company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' growth
  • Understand loosely defined business questions, translate them into a data problem and provide data driven answers
  • Investigate, analyse, and model data to produce reports, monitor KPIs and generate insights that inform business decisions
  • Own the end-to-end analysis pipeline of a business problem: from data extraction to dashboard creation and monitoring over time.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders using data storytelling and use cases
  • Interact with other Data Team members to define advanced ad hoc analysis to be developed for the Teams

    Prior experience of working in Business Analysis role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Business Administration, Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)
  • Proven analytical background awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
  • A business requirements document that will enable senior management to understand the project and decide on its priority/resource allocations.
  • Able to create use cases & execute test cases.
  • Skilled in breaking down problems, estimating efforts and proposing & analysing impact of appropriate technology choices.
  • Have skills and ability to translate requirements to enterprise software features.
