Junior Content Producer

A creative role for an aspiring producer to learn the inner workings of producing content across multiple established digital shows on Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and Meta. The ideal candidate will have a finesse for Gen Z content, be aware of who/what is popular online and be able to pitch ideas for a range of different shows (music, lifestyle, beauty, fashion and news)., Key elements of the role include:

• You will source, script, ideate and edit your own content across a range of entertainment shows.


• You will assist in pitching and developing new show ideas.


• You will assist in data analysis to enhance the performance of our content.


• You will assist in identifying and reaching out to content creators for UGC usage.


• Sharing ideas and working together to make the best content for a Gen Z audience.


• Experience presenting face-to-camera preferable but not essential.
  
  Effective at communicating ideas.


• Ability to work and learn in fast-paced, quick-turnaround environments.


• Interest in youth culture, pop cultures and social media.


• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.


• Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
