Full Job Description

As a Junior Cyber Security Specialist within our cyber security team, you will mainly work in the context of Cyber Compliance. You will be working with our consequence management processes and support achieving and maintaining cyber security certification, audits and assessments.

Your role will involve extensive & regular matrix working in the execution and support of activity in the areas of Cyber GRA and supporting other areas of the wider Cyber Security function as directed by respective management.

As Junior Cyber Security Specialist, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Process Acceptable Use Policy deviations and consequence management investigations

  • Conduct gap assessments against regulatory frameworks, standards, etc

  • Support audits & assessments against internal & external control frameworks

  • Develop, maintain, or improve methods used to monitor and measure compliance efforts

  • Support engagement with key stakeholders to understand the business requirement for compliance projects, develop effective working relationships during project implementation and ensure business as usual ownership is understood by management


  • In your role, you will also have a possibility to work as part of larger cyber security team providing:

  • Technical analysis and guidance on cyber security

  • Advisory and support in incident response

  • Cyber security guidance and support to internal and external customers

  • Support to business in translating cyber requirements into tangible actions and solutions

    Good reporting and documentation skills

  • Fluent communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent English, verbal & written

  • Independent, self-driven


  • And Hands-on experience in (at least two of the areas):

  • Compliance assessments

  • Working in a highly regulated industry

  • Working with security clearance


  • Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in SW development, Computer Engineering/Science, Automation and Electrical Engineering or an equivalent relevant technical degree and professional experience

  • Security certification

  • Knowledge of common scripting and programming languages

  • Knowledge of API management & basic data science (e.g. PowerBI)

  • Knowledge of applicable cyber security standards and regulations
