Junior Finance Assistant

ComPro Renewable Energy are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join its growing team and support the finance function. This opportunity is great for an individual who wants to grow and progress within a business and work as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Junior Finance Assistant:

• Supplier invoices - checking, matching against purchase orders and inputting



• Reconciling supplier statements



• Preparing supplier payments for approval



• Engineers' daily timesheets - coordinating, summarising and inputting



• Bank - inputting daily bank transactions and preparing the bank reconciliations



• Sales invoicing - raising non project invoices



• Credit control - responsibility for day-to-day credit control and escalating problem debts for the Finance Director's attention



• Handling telephone queries



• Ad hoc assistance to the Finance Director
  
  2+ years of accounting experience



• AAT / CIMA (desirable)
