Junior Fullstack Software Engineer

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional agile team and product managers to design and maintain scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions that empower our partners to seamlessly sign up their businesses on our platform and equip our agents with the necessary tools to facilitate and streamline the partner onboarding process.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Product Definition - develop a solid understanding of our product and help to contribute ideas and suggestions
• Operating - follow our processes and patterns in order to ensure reliable, clean code and take responsibility for the running of our components in production
• Communicate - transparently communicate the progress of your work and discuss ideas with your team and Technology Manager
• Teamwork - work closely with others, taking on ideas and suggestions and putting forward your own ideas
• Learning and Development - own your own learning and development, with support from the wider team and time set aside in your work day to build up your skill set
What will you bring to the table?
• Interest or experience in a coding language. The team mostly uses C# for our back-end components and Vue.js for our front-end components
• Experience of collaborating closely with others to achieve shared goals
• Experience in application development and writing good clean code
• Knowledge or experience of different Cloud environments would be beneficial - we use AWS
• Knowledge or experience of different testing approaches such as unit testing or functional testing would be beneficial
• Knowledge or experience working within an e-commerce business where reliability is critical would be beneficial
