Full Job Description
- Create compelling visual narratives that embody our brand and clients, combining creativity with strategic messaging for high-stakes pitches and proposals.
- Work collaboratively with designers, bid managers, and stakeholders across EMEA to deliver bespoke, visually engaging projects that resemble mini-brand campaigns.
- Engage early in the creative process by developing unique concepts and themes that differentiate our pitches, collaborating closely with the Head of UK & EMEA Bid Design. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong eye for typography and layout that tells a visual story.
- Thrive in high-energy, deadline-driven environments, effectively multitasking across various projects at different stages.
- Be a team player who enjoys sharing ideas while also being capable of leading a project from start to finish.
- Be client-focused, working closely with bid managers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring pitch visions to life.
- Think innovatively and outside the box, maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent). - 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in bid and pitch design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Experience with Ceros and print production is a plus.
- Multimedia skills (motion graphics, animation, or video editing) are advantageous.
- Any additional language skills are a bonus, enhancing your ability to thrive in our diverse, multilingual EMEA team.
