Full Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious graphic designer to help shape our brand identity across our three ecommerce brands, Connexity, Skimlinks and Shop Your Likes. Working across international teams based in London, New York and Bangkok, you'll create vibrant and diverse designs assets. In this role you'll be our brand ambassador, deliver marketing campaigns including social, thought leadership and presentations, and design for events including signage and branding. Working with Marketing, Sales, Account Management and other teams across our business, you'll help elevate our visual offering and produce gorgeous designs too. You will be the person to make design a differentiator for our brand and showcase the power of creativity in attracting, nurturing and converting our prospects and customers. You will work directly with our Director of Marketing to deliver a proactive design function that delivers fantastic creative outcomes across our international business. A Day in Your Life

  • You'll own graphic design across our marketing teams, deliver superb materials that meet our high standards and delight our customers across all three of our brands
  • Collaborating with international teams, you'll brainstorm innovative ideas to deliver on design briefs from our marketing teams, offering fresh perspectives and inspiring ideas
  • Fuel design innovation, drawing in regular external references and new perspectives to bring our brand to life
  • Own our design tools and processes, ensuring the team is supported in their design needs
  • Make our marketing collateral shine: From a presentation for a pitch, to compelling data visualization, materials for a conference we're attending, a gifting concept for a special customer or imagery to stand out on social media there's a diverse range of projects to get your teeth stuck into
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Design Ideation: Produce marketing assets to support campaigns including imagery for social media, campaign landing pages, newsletters, print, documentation, ebooks, presentations & infographics
  • Template Creation: Maintain design templates for use across the business in a broad range of formats
  • Event Branding: Support our in-person events with concepts including stage backdrops, banners and company merchandise concepts
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deliverables at a time, with teams working across EMEA, APAC and the US
  • Quality Assurance: Exercise attention to detail and deliver design work to the highest standards, ensuring fantastic creative outcomes for our campaigns

  • 2+ years experience in a graphic design role
  • Graphic Design Degree preferred
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), with further experience in other tools like Canva & Figma highly desirable
  • A vivid online portfolio, demonstrating your success creating wonderful brand outcomes for companies, products and / or campaigns
  • Demonstrable skills in digital design, layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, branding, social media & creative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in web / landing pages, motion graphics or video projects highly desirable
  • Be a team player, willing to go above and beyond when needed.
  • Able to hit the ground running, quickly adapting to new challenges and adding value from day one.
