Full Job Description
We are a practice that works across the entire breadth of international employment, labor and pensions issues.
Clients praise us for our ability to provide quality employment legal advice in our domestic markets, coordinate advice across multiple global jurisdictions and project manage matters from initial scoping through to completion to ensure a consistent, customer-focused and seamless service.
Whilst we are not reliant on corporate support (a significant portion of our work is derived from issues not relating to M&A and other corporate issues) we have a strong record of working on corporate deals, supporting clients with project management and co-ordinating advice from multiple jurisdictions throughout deals and subsequent integrations.
We overlay our knowledge of employment, labor and pensions law with the considerable sector experience we have gained. We work across most sectors and have particular experience within the technology, media and telecommunications, manufacturing and engineering, energy, consumer and financial institutions sectors.
