Full Job Description
- Assist in the creation and execution of direct sales and marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and gather insights on customer preferences.
- Help coordinate direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and trade shows.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Strong interest in marketing and direct sales with a desire to learn and grow. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus but not required.
