Full Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Junior Marketing Executive will work with and support the Subscriptions Acquisition and Renewal/Retention teams, and other departments as necessary, to track, evaluate, and record campaign performance results, and track, evaluate, and record budget and financial expenditures. You will work with an outside fulfilment bureau to set up new promotions.

What you'll be doing...

  • Monitor the performance of acquisitions campaigns to track and report results, and to evaluate their effectiveness at meeting campaign forecasts.

  • Monitor the costs and expenditures of acquisitions campaigns to track and report variances from budgets and forecasts.

  • Work with acquisitions team members to agree collaborative activity and produce new or improved processes and procedures.

  • Collaborate with acquisition, renewal/retention, finance, and production teams.

  • Work with the outside fulfilment bureau on new promotion setups.

    Previous relevant experience reporting marketing performance and budget/financial expenditures. Previous experience in a subscription marketing environment.

  • Manage competing projects.

  • Core skills in data tracking, financial tracking, and reporting.

  • Competency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Google products.

  • Analytical, numerate and commercially aware (profitability, Return on investment, LTV).

  • Understand subscription metrics that increase profitability, and performance tracking against these.

  • Understand the importance of results analysis in financial planning.
