Junior PFI Project Manager

Junior PFI Project Manager UK Wide with travel required. We are recruiting for a Junior Project Manager specialising in PFI Handbacks to work on the activities and priorities across a dedicated matrix managed team specifically focused on PFI 'Handback' or demobilisation business projects. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data in our project management tool enabling us to report accurately on progress and risks. This is a hands-on role that will also involve implementation of some of the activities across our LG&E portfolio. Project success will determined across a number of fronts including, contractual, commercial, operational and technical. You will deliver multiple projects, some concurrently. You will also be responsible for liaising with account teams and the leadership team alongside the Senior Project Manager. Main Duties:

• Project manage and deliver activities and priorities across a dedicated matrix managed team specifically focused on PFI 'Handback' or demobilisation project
• Own the project plan for each of the projects assigned to you
• Drive and track the progress of the Handback projects which you manage
• Work collaboratively alongside the wider Handback team and subject matter experts
• Report on progress against project participant actions as well as to sponsors and the leadership team
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and interdependencies and escalate where necessary
• Identify any issues as part of the Handback programme which highlight a risk across the business
• Maintain up-to-date programme information on the team's shared site / tool and administer the tool where necessary
• Working closely with the communications team and operational stakeholders to ensure that the implementation of changes goes smoothly.
What We Are Looking For: You will be a skilled project manager within PFI Contracts who has hand on experience running multiple projects at once including with team members based remotely. You will also have:
• Have a broad experience of business scope and business change
• Experience of delivering to multi-site, geographically dispersed Operations teams
• Matrix project management
• Have an understanding of project management methodologies and practices (Essential)
• FM or related field, industry experience (Essential)
As the position is a UK Wide role, travel is essential to client sites in all parts of the UK therefore, a full UK Driving License is required for the position.

You will be a skilled project manager within PFI Contracts who has hand on experience running multiple projects at once including with team members based remotely. You will also have:
