Full Job Description

As a member of the Application Support Team, you will support our internal and external clients on custom applications. Covering all aspects from customer engagement, configuration, user training and testing it is an exciting opportunity for candidates who may not have a background in IT and products, but have an interest in developing the skills needed. Key activities:

  • Triage all calls/incidents and direct as appropriate
  • Confidently communicate with internal and external clients
  • Create and update training documentation
  • Participate in system testing and support user acceptance testers
  • Attend client meetings to gather feedback and requirements
  • Support the Application Manager in analytical tasks

    This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. We are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills. This is a varied role which will provide exposure to many areas of the business and would suit someone in the early stages of their career, with good written and oral communication skills, and an aptitude to learn on the job., No IT experience required
  • Background in customer-facing roles (internal or external customers) would be beneficial
  • Understanding of IT or business processes would be beneficial
  • Experience in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Keen on learning new technology
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Being dynamic and self-motivated
  • Able to demonstrate full ownership on tickets raised until resolved
  • Be able to set clear expectations for a consistent, quality customer experience
