As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality project management services to our clients. You'll be a key point of contact for both internal teams and third-party clients, ensuring that projects are executed within commercial and contractual expectations.   • Project Management: Provide direct project management, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Sales Generation: Identify and generate new project sales opportunities, driving business growth.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with operational delivery teams to ensure all project opportunities are accurately quoted and executed.
  • CDM Regulations: Adhere to Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Construction Planning: Create and populate phase construction plans to guide project execution.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly reports to relevant Directors, updating them on project progress and financial status.
  • Contract Mobilization: Ensure contracts are mobilized according to the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Procedure Management: Manage the preparation and approval of contract operating procedures, including quality plans, site safety protocols, and more.
  • Financial Management: Operate within established financial budgets, ensuring projects remain cost-effective.
  • Commercial Analysis: Conduct commercial and bid analysis, assessing the risk profile of each project.
  • Cost Modelling: Develop innovative cost models and estimates to support project proposals.
  • Subcontractor Management: Obtain and validate subcontractor quotes, ensuring the best quality at the best price.
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare for and arrange tender adjudication meetings, ensuring all details are accurate and competitive.

  • FM Industry Experience: Proven experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry - Essential.
  • Client Interaction: Strong commercial and client interaction experience.
  • Team Management: Experience in supervisor staff and coordinating teams would be advantageous.
