Full Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and hardworking Junior Project Manager to join the Property Team! We have ambitious and exciting plans coupled with an active roll-out plan. Could you be what we're looking for? You'll work closely with the Head of Projects Manager to support in ensuring all objectives are met and that our projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will support with the end-to-end service delivery of all project work from small to large refurbishments, main fitouts, managing the installation of the 3rd party suppliers, budgeting and ordering of supplies. This is an exciting role which will involve travelling across the UK & Europe delivering a cutting-edge product. The Role
- Working with the Head of Projects Manager to establish the overall success criteria for the projects.
- Providing advice and support on the different approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve objectives once on site.
- Maintaining schedules of activity and updating the master project plan.
- Delivering schemes of work following the approved plans and targets.
- Following KPI's to improve project performance.
- Understand and follow agreed budgets.
- Attending meetings to support in the flow of project information between the team and Lane7 senior team.
- Manage site meetings / minutes and update the relevant comms platforms.
- Work with third party contractors, other consultants, and managing stakeholders at all project stages.
- Have an awareness and understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks.
- Ensure key information and data are effectively cascaded and appropriately retained.
- Competent in word, excel & power point.
- A good understanding numbers & budgeting.
University degree or equivalent. - At least two years post graduate experience with a Project Management role.
- Have a Prince2 or equivalent.
