Full Job Description

The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the existing Commercial Team withing the business. The successful candidate will have the willingness to learn and be able to communicate well. This is a developing role and a great opportunity for the successful candidate(s) to develop a career. · Prepare and update cash flow forecasts. · Coordinate application, certification, and invoices. · Assist with application and variation preparation. · Manage retentions and Sub-Contractors. · Assist with preparing JCRs and support PMs. · Monitor Supply Chain KPIs and database. · Maintain Commercial Dept. records and tasks. · Input data for analysis. · Perform other assigned tasks.

· Degree in Quantity Surveying · 1-2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role · Proficient use of excel and QS software (ross 5d) favourable
