Junior Quantity Surveyor - Student Placement

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mitie Telecoms on a 12 month FTC on a student placement role as a Junior Quantity Surveyor.

Working from either our Doncaster or Manchester office you will assist the commercial team in all tasks and learn the role for your future career opportunities within the Commercial area.

Some of the tasks you will be involved with will include but are not exclusive to:-

-To ensure that all projects support activities are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards;

-To provide commercial support for projects whilst ensuring all daily requirements are met including monitoring progress;

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;

-Raise purchase orders for suppliers;

-Assist team members to update Mitie Telecoms reporting tool SiteTracker;

-Work with Managers to provide the correct data to support client reporting;
