Are you eager to learn the ins and outs of selling cars online? Do you have a passion for customer service and an interest in eCommerce? If so, our Trainee Sales Advisor position might be perfect for you!

This role is designed for junior candidates who are looking to gain experience in the automotive eCommerce industry. Over a 3-month training program, you'll learn everything about the eCommerce process from the ground up.

During this time, you'll support the sales, admin, and aftersales teams to understand how we sell cars online and how to upsell add-ons whilst providing excellent customer service. Halfway through your training subject to passing relevant tasks you will be able to sell on the weekend until you reach the 3-month mark where you will fully graduate and become a fully-fledged eCommerce Sales Consultant!

  • Sales Techniques: Discover effective sales techniques, including how to upsell value-added products like extended warranties.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Customer Engagement: Professionally engage with customers, guiding them through the online car buying process and ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience.

  • Support Sales Teams: Assist in prospecting new customers, managing inbound eCommerce leads, and converting them into successful sales, under the guidance of experienced sales consultants.

  • Collaborative Learning: Work closely with various departments to understand the entire eCommerce process, providing support wherever needed to enhance your learning experience.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to the eCommerce Sales Manager, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes.

    Passion for Learning: A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales and eCommerce industry.

  • Customer Service Focus: A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
