Full Job Description

  • Focused on Sales and Customer Success, you work alongside the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement team to drive productivity, efficiency and effectiveness improvements within the global organisation
  • Maintain internal and external materials such as decks, training materials, and best practices documentation and coordinate and implement training and learning plans
  • Support the current team members in various areas such as: enablement asset creation and management, program development, project management, event planning/coordination/logistics, updating internal communication portals, and report generation/maintenance.
  • Assist in the development of strategic lead generation materials
  • Help organize and execute internal sales trainings. Training and upskilling our teams on best practises; Onboard new hires efficiently during their ramp period
  • Help organize and maintain our internal document management system and processes
  • Assist in the creation and build out of an internal content repository
  • Assisting with the global rollout of process and tool adoption, monitoring and management.
  • Producing and using reports and dashboards on Salesforce.com and Excel for planning and performance management purposes.
  • Encouraging effective cross-departmental communications, driving operational excellence across the business.
  • Working with the Operations and CRM teams to drive productivity through process optimisation and automation.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 (specifically Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint), Confluence, Lessonly and Salesforce. Ability to learn other software programs.

  • Initial experience working in a B2C Sales environment either in Sales Operations or Sales is a benefit
