Full Job Description

The successful candidate must show a passion for emergency medicine, have worked within a large Emergency department for more than 5 years and have held a substantive clinical senior staff nurse role for more than 12 months. They need to be able to work under extreme pressures and to ensure the quality and safety of our patients. They will be expected to assist in managing the department on a shift by shift basis and also have some experience in managing staff and working along side the senior team.

Major trauma experience, leadership, supporting others development andcontinued learning are all qualities that would be required within this role.
