Are you an experienced Staff Nurse looking to progress within your Nursing career or already in a Band 6 role and looking for a new challenge? This could be the ideal opportunity for you to gain experience as a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse in an exciting acute setting. If you are looking for your next challenge we would like to hear from you.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Junior Sister /Charge Nurse within the Acute Medical Unit at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
This role will involve developing further skills and knowledge in relation to patient care, managerial/team leadership duties and assisting in developing the Acute Medical Unit and the Ambulatory Emergency Care., You will also be provided with opportunity work within our developing Ambulatory Emergency Care unit as this helps to support the flow of patients through the Emergency Department.
Our department offers an educationally focused environment that allows nurses to professionally grow and develop a vast repertoire of clinical skills and theoretical knowledge. You will have opportunities to work alongside the Practice Development Nurse to further develop you key knowledge and skills in this exciting, fast paced environment.
