Junior Sister / Charge Nurse - Endoscopy

You will work with the endoscopy team to provide safe, effective and high quality patient care maintaining standards that meet the requirements of JAG, the GRS and the CQC.

We currently have three endoscopy rooms; we undertake approximately 9000 procedures a year which include upper and lower GI Endoscopy, ERCP's, EBUS and Bronchoscopy. We have JAG accreditation and take part in the national bowel cancer screening programme., You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, whilst utilising your clinical expertise to provide holistic patient centred care. You will be expected to focus on clinical leadership, actively supporting the Unit Manager in further developing the service and delivering a high standard of patient focused care.
