An exciting opportunity has arisen for registered nurses who are looking to develop their nursing career to join Mercer Ward at Maidstone Hospital as a Junior Sister/ Charge Nurse., Outstanding communication skills, ability to lead and support the team along with use ofinitiative is essential within the role as is the desire to deliver safe and compassionate patient care.

Support of the clinical education team and a competency based induction program are available.

Internal rotation to night duty and a mixture of long days and short shifts are worked.
