The successful candidate will work across the ward and coordinate patient care through the speciality and take charge, supporting the Senior Sister., Ensuring all staff are supported to provide high standards of quality care Completing clinical audits and using them to shape/influence improvement projects Complete rosters Sickness management Performance management Be a vital point of contact for patients and relative Provide advice and support to junior staff and learners in all aspects of the delivery of high quality care. The successful candidate will have good leadership skills and support change. We can offer training and development both clinically and through leadership training. You will need to have excellent clinical skills; knowledge and communication skills with exemplary high standards of care. You will be a role model for the team and will motivate and inspire others to be the very best they can be.
