  • Bring your culinary prowess to the forefront as you assist in the preparation and delivery of delectable dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

  • Take charge of monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory assessments, and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that each dish meets our exacting standards.

  • Utilise strong communication skills to liaise effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments, while also maintaining impeccable organisational systems in your designated section.

    Previous experience in a similar culinary role, with a track record of success in high-pressure kitchen environments.

  • A genuine love for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
