Full Job Description

  • Support the Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently
  • Ensure cleanliness and food safety are always upheld
  • Assist in menu development and staff training

    We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our London-based team in a daytime role. If you're driven to create exceptional dishes and enjoy a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your culinary career., Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
