Junior Sous Chef

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with creativity and precision
• Support the Sous Chef in daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient kitchen service
• Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for fresh, seasonal dishes
• Monitor stock control, order supplies, and help manage kitchen budgets
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health, and hygiene
  
  Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
• Passionate about food quality, presentation, and innovation
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
