Junior Sous Chef - Bath Hotel - Up to £15 an hour

Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a lively kitchen environment.

- Taking charge of one of four kitchen sections and contributing new ideas to our ever-changing menus.

- Ensuring health and safety standards are met, while managing ordering and rotas.

A confident chef with a love for modern British cuisine and sustainability.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a must.

- Someone who enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior chefs.

Competitive OTE of £15.30 per hour (including tronc).

- 45 hours per week.
