Full Job Description

To support the Supply Chain team in all tasks and administration. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth to elevate to a more senior position. The role has a level of autonomy to manage purchase order entry and receipt as well as expediting orders with suppliers. There will also be links to supporting any member of the team with warehouse, goods in, logistics, shipping documentation and housekeeping (physically and system related). Improvement projects are ongoing within the organisation and will also form part of the role as a support action. Responsibilities

  • Administration for the Supply Chain
  • Purchase order management (from creation to receipt)
  • Confirm and reconcile purchase order's in XA based on feedback from suppliers
  • Expedite parts with suppliers including following up on late PO's
  • Buying and Releasing small parts for the After-Market Function
  • Queries with suppliers/internal organisation
  • Invoice query management (with Accounts Payable)
  • Entering non-conforming materials reports into Sharepoint
  • Creating miscellaneous weekly reports using XA data
  • Formalising documentation (i.e. confirmation with Chamber of Commerce)
  • Housekeeping: physical and system
  • Testing and trials for improvement projects
  • Support to the team
