What you would do as our Junior Support Engineer You will provide assistance and support to the Design function within the R&D team with CAD and Design Administration work, to deliver innovative design, development and successful introduction of new products.

  • Provision of NPI & CPI CAD and documentational support to internal & external customers
  • Provision of ERP systems support for NPI and CPI data entry
  • Assist on test setup under the guidance of Test and Project Engineers
  • Support in creation of technical product support Information
  • Investigate responses to technical enquiries
  • Assist with validation of design (through prototype and production product testing)
  • Support VAVE activities
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • The skills and experience you need
  • Use of parametric CAD software for 3D models and 2D drawing in an educational or business environment

    Minimum of Level 3 HNC/BTEC/A level qualified in Design/Engineering/Science or related discipline
