Full Job Description

The Role:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Advisors in coordinating the recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses and ensuring data accuracy throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and reference checks, ensuring compliance with hiring procedures and regulations.
  • Screen resumes and applications, supporting the selection process by identifying potential candidates who align with our values and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Advisors by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment by helping to ensure a diverse pool of candidates and an equitable hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide administrative support and contribute to process improvements.

    A recent graduate (degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but all degrees are considered).
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make an impact in a purpose-driven organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and candidates across EMEA.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in learning HR technologies (experience with ATS is a plus but not required).
  • Fluent in English (additional languages, especially French, German, Dutch, are a plus).
