Full Job Description

Do you have a natural flare for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. We are looking to welcome a customer focused individual who can effectively manage expectations in line with customer agreements and exceed expectations whilst committing to delivering a a best-in-class service. This is a full-time permanent position based at our Sheffield site in Chapeltown S35 and you will receive a competitive salary plus a competitive benefits package and continued development opportunities from the company.

As our Key Account Manager, you will be working alongside a really well-known house hold fashion brand. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee smooth delivery and communication, which will ultimately help our clients and our company to thrive and grow together.

What will you be doing as our Key Account Manager:

+ Effectively managing all expectations in line with customer agreements
+ Implementing invoice controls to ensure all processes and materials are accurately captured to an agreed schedule with each customer
+ Attending customer visits/meetings on and off-site, creating high levels of engagement
+ Creating monthly reports detailing the KPI and SLA status with detailed explanations supported by data analysis
+ Updating the site operations with clear and accurate instructions so allow them to succeed
+ Working with site planning manager to ensure the correct resources have been put in place based on provide forecasts

+ Previous experience within a similar multi customer facing role and environment
+ Experience using IT systems to input and extract data
+ Effective communicator across all methods
+ Experience of warehousing processes
+ 3PL experience would be beneficial where possible
