As a Key Account Manager (or Client Manager, as we call it internally), you'll be at the heart of our sales process - driving
growth and success. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking for a fresh challenge, if you've got energy,

- Engage and Build Relationships: You'll be connecting with small business owners (warm leads!) and guiding them through the
- Close the Deal: Seal the deal and secure instructions by expertly negotiating contracts and fees.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Offer advice and support to clients in a discreet, empathetic manner.
- Stay in the Know: Keep clients updated on any exciting developments or sales within their sector.
- Collaborate with Experts: Liaise with our Commercial Directors across the UK to deliver exceptional service.
- Superb Communicator: You know how to build relationships and handle sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy.

- Early Fridays!: Work 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, but on Fridays, we wrap up by 3pm - no weekends, no evenings!
