Admiral Money are looking for a Key Account Manager to join on a permanent basis! Admiral Money has a plan to enhance, simplify and drive innovation through the Motor Finance industry, we are putting together a first-class team to take our ambitious proposition and strategy to market. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in the secured car finance industry in the UK. The role involves managing a portfolio of internal accounts, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships while contributing to the growth of our business. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their car finance goals and to provide ongoing support.
  • 2. Client Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively provide updates on account status and relevant industry information.
  • 3. Coordinating Internal Efforts:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and the seamless execution of client requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer service, to deliver timely and accurate solutions to clients.
  • 4. Problem Solving:
  • Analyze client challenges and provide effective problem-solving strategies that align with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • 5. Client Retention and Growth:
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients, presenting appropriate solutions and upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor account health and engage in initiatives to enhance client retention and loyalty.

  • Desired Experience
  • Familiar with B2B distribution channels.
  • Preferable experience within the Motor Finance industry.
  • Sound analytical skillset.
  • Experience/good knowledge of:
  • + Sales methodology + Changing landscape of the regulatory environment + Digital innovation + Electrification of the UK Car Park Please note: this is a hybrid role and will require working onsite in our Cardiff office once-twice a week.
