Key Account Manager - Lidl Account - Leeds

We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our commercial team based from our Leeds head office. The Discounter channel is enjoying substantial growth in the UK grocery market and at Arla we have an ambition to capitalise on the opportunity This role provides the right candidate an opportunity to demonstrate their skill set with a winning retail partner, working closely with the rest of the Value Retail team and learning from a behaviour and approach that is regarded as best-in-class within Dairy. What will the role look like?

• Empowered to lead your customers growth journey & relationship
• Effective negotiation and management of annual JBP process / promotional planning
• Delivery of key financial targets set by portfolio
• Management of monthly S&OP process for portfolio
• Annual tender negotiations, price management directives
• Delivery of an own label and branded NPD pipeline
• Benefit from / share personal development plans across the wider team & business to continually prioritise your development throughout the cooperative
  
  To be successful in this role you will have strong business awareness & commercial acumen. You will be responsible for a broad level of business contact with an objective of bringing Arla Foods Co-operative equity to life within the customer for mutual gain therefore possess strong communication & presenting skills. You will be highly organised with excellent numerical ability but above all you will have a passionate can do attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
