Full Job Description

The Key Affiliate Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting one of our largest affiliates, helping drive new business within the Equals Solutions division.

This position is key to managing the administrative aspects of onboarding new prospects and potential customers, ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience.

A strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential, with occasional international travel to client meetings and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Support :

Work closely with the affiliate partner to understand their needs and support business development efforts.

Act as the main point of contact for administrative tasks related to the affiliate's clients and prospects.

Provide regular updates and reports on progress and performance of new business initiatives.

Onboarding & Compliance

Manage the onboarding process for new prospects and potential customers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.

Coordinate with internal departments (onboarding, risk, compliance) to ensure onboarding meets all required standards.

Maintain accurate and organised records of client onboarding documents and status updates.

Administrative Tasks

Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to the affiliate's business development, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communications.

Track and monitor key performance metrics related to new business.

Update CRM systems and databases with client information and onboarding progress.

Travel & Event Support :

Occasionally travel internationally to attend client meetings and conferences, representing Equals Solutions and supporting affiliate - driven business development efforts.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and events, ensuring all materials and logistics are handed efficiently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve customer challenges.

Knowledge of B2B payments.

Excellent Communication skills, socially confident and engaging with internal and external stakeholders

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the financial services / fintech industries.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Willingness to travel internationally for meetings and events.

A passion for helping customers succeed, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
