Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of mental health care for people with complex mood and/or Cluster C personality disorder traits.
You will be an integral part of a supportive, reflective, and creative MDT and actively encouraged to develop their own clinical areas of interest.
The MAP Pathway is an innovative, leading service in the treatment of complex anxiety and depression (with underlying Cluster C PD traits).
We focus on helping our service users to increase functioning and meaningful activity. We do this by prioritising the therapeutic relationship and seeking to understand and treat the relational dynamics that keep a person stuck.
We offer practical support where needed but also working therapeutically to encourage their own agency., The partnership betweenBarnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH)andCamden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I)is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming theNorth London Mental Health Partnership.
