Key Room and Support Team Member

We're looking for passionate people to join our Guest Services Team at Butlin's Skegness.

As a multi-skilled Guest Services Team Member, you'll support in multiple areas of the department to ensure a smooth stay for our guests. There's a couple of different parts to this role, with locations and overviews listed below.

When you're working in the key office, you'll be responsible for creating welcome packs for guests, supporting with lock programming and ensuring everything is completed with accuracy and within given time frames. You'll also be working with the rest of our Allocations team to make sure our guests accommodations are allocated to their bookings in advance of their holiday, and all of their requests are met.

Your time working as part of the Guest Services team will be spent speaking with guests. Receiving calls from guests who need support on their holiday, whether with a question, query or problem, and taking ownership of every contact to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution is met for all parties.

Lastly, as a Welcome Host on check-in days, you'll work from our drive-thru check ins, giving guests a warm and memorable welcome to the resort. Giving out welcome packs and directing them to where they need to be, it's a great opportunity to leave a lasting impression!

Some of the work you do will be computer based so a sound technical knowledge is essential. You should be confident and happy to talk to people, with a problem solving approach and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.

Previous experience working in customer or guest service is advantageous, but we'd love to hear from you either way if you think this exciting and fast paced role is perfect for you.
