• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils, adhering to the national curriculum.


• Be a reflective practitioner and have a willingness to be adaptive when planning, to meet the needs of our pupils.


• Take part in all aspects of school life and fully support our School Vision, Values and Christian ethos. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement.


• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enable each child to achieve their academic goals.


• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
