The School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual for the following role, Key Stage 5 Academic Mentor - Fixed Term Required ASAP to August 2025 Term Time Only - 35 Hours Per Week NJC Grade 4 Point 7 - 11 (Actual Salary £20,893-£22,343 Per annum) "School leaders are relentless in developing a culture of high standards, inclusiveness and personal well-being. Pupils are very positive about their school life 'Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children' Under the direction of the Head of Sixth Form, The Academic Mentor will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and tracking the progress of students who are struggling academically. This role involves working closely with students to develop personalised improvement plans, providing guidance and support, and collaborating with faculty and other support services to ensure students' needs are met. The successful candidate will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Enhanced Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service prior to starting.
