The Growth Company's (GC) Employment team have an exciting new opportunity for a Key Worker, through the delivery of a range of guidance and training services for customers under the supervision of National Probation Service, contribute to individuals sustained improvement in health & wellbeing. progression into employment, training, and education.

We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people on probation throughout Merseyside and beyond, by supporting individuals to improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Our highly skilled keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have been released from custody and others serving community sentences, to those with complex needs such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, and a wide range of personal wellbeing requirements., Ensure service users receive a personalised Wellbeing offer that meets individual needs/levels of complexity.
Manage a wide range of service users, by caseload, to achieve targets.
Deliver Comprehensive Assessments, including screening for learning difficulties and disabilities (LDD).
Identify, develop, and maintain effective relationships with key local services to support service users, including signposting, case conferencing.
Deliver support to service users via appropriate channels, including digital, group workshops and face-to-face sessions.
Produce high-quality service user action plans.
Plan, deliver and evaluate group sessions for service users.
Update Wellbeing contract compliance.
Take part in observations, assess own delivery, and act on feedback, including undertaking continuing professional development (CPD)., We are committed to increasing the diversity of our workforce, we provide a guaranteed interview to applicants who meet the essential requirements for a role. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills - service user contact, team and partnership working.
Confident deliver one-to-one and group sessions.
Skills Required:

Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape (statutory and community).
Understanding of the quality issues relating to delivery in Justice setting.
Recent experience of delivering personal wellbeing progressions and outcomes, particularly I Criminal Justice setting.
Experience of managing a caseload of service users, to support them with improving their wellbeing.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on the successful achievement of outcomes.
