Full Job Description
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be assisting our Chef in carrying out all delegated tasks in all areas of the kitchen's responsibility and maintaining a very high standard of hygiene and dress.,
- Overseeing the kitchen rota and ensuring staffing levels is met
- Overseeing the ordering of Apptio food and other required deliveries
- Working every other weekend
- Ensuring stock check is completed
- Meeting with residents and relatives regularly
- Ensuring kitchen checks and audits are completed
- Overseeing the deep cleans of the kitchen
