Kitchen Assistant/Fryer - 18 hours, working 12 noon until 9pm 2 out of 7 days a week including weekends., A vacancy has arisen for a Kitchen Assistant/Fryer to join our team at Banny's Fish & Chip Restaurant and Takeaway in Colne.

The Kitchen Assistant is a vital member of staff who ensures the smooth operation of this very busy restaurant therefore we are looking for a reliable individual.

Duties include, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure orders are cooked and plated up in a timely manner, preparing salads and desserts and making sure that all the food looks presentable.

As the role will include cooking and frying of products within our Kitchen applicants must be 18 years or over (to work with the frying equipment).

Experience of working within a kitchen is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

A degree of flexibility to work additional hours, providing cover for sickness, holidays and busy periods, is required.
