Full Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our stunning AA Awarded Hotel & AA rosette Restaurant Silks Bistro & Champagne Bar to help maintain high levels of service and assist with the smooth running of the kitchen by cleaning all kitchenware to the required standard.
Responsibilities
Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
Collect and wash up pots and pans.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
Unload food and equipment deliveries.
Keep the storeroom organised.
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen.
