Full Job Description

Reporting to Back of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Assisting Chefs with basic food preparations

  • Cleaning, shopping for supplies, organising stockroom

  • Maintaining the kitchen areas, back of restaurant areas in a clean and hygienic way

  • Following health and safety policies

  • Collecting and checking deliveries on a daily basis

  • Communicating with Food Beverage service team to ensure seamless day to day operation

    A committed team player

  • Good knowledge of UK hygiene laws

  • Good understanding of kitchen and kitchen appliance cleaning techniques.

  • Fluency in English
