We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant/hotel kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the culinary industry and a desire to learn and grow within a hospitality setting., Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow

Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
